1. Contact:
    Please contact us at sales@opel-parts.com with your parts request. An email with pictures of the part and the car attached always helps.

  2. Part number and availability:
    Once the part number has been identified we will check availability of the part in Germany. If there are doubts about the part number, we will contact you for further information on your car.

  3. Price quote:
    If the part can be located we will quote you a price that includes trans-Atlantic shipping, import costs and domestic shipping.

  4. Acceptance, ordering and payment:
    If you accept the quoted price you can pay by credit card or PayPal. Once the payment has been received the order will be placed in Germany.

  5. Shipping:
     Depending on circumstances beyond our control shipping across the Atlantic can take anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks. In addition to that it can take up to 5 business days for delivery by UPS ground.
